Basically I went from in September just being in college to now making around $1,000 per day online. The problem is in March I want a mortgage if I can get one but taxes haven't come around yet and I don't have a long history of making what I do. IS there anything I can do?

You can get a "no income check" mortgage if you have a large enough down payment (around 25% or 30% I think.)

Talk to your bank or a mortgage company. They can look at your history and get a better idea. They will want to look at your credit, too, if you've established any. Also,
how in the world do you make that much money on line???

You'd have to prove to them that you are really making that much - sounds pretty unlikely frankly, so that might be pretty tough.

You can file your taxes in January, so you'd have at least one tax return to show them.

"Stated income" loans are a lot tougher to get these days than they used to be, since so many people inflated their incomes.

yea, right (let me guess, day trading??).

if you are making 1000 a day, pay cash. no lender will give you a mortgage without a history.

Sound like if you are making 1000.00 per day on line that you are doing well. I like to know how you do it.
