I bought a hoodie from someone on Ebay and it wasn't my size. I emailed them (after I put a dispute against them) and they told me I would get a refund. I have waited over a month for my refund and still haven't received it. I've emailed them several threatening emails about how I will turn them in, but I haven't heard anything from them in the past few weeks. Can someone tell me what I can do? Can I turn them into the authorities? I need help. I really need my money, of almost 30 dollars, by christmas because i'm running short of money. I really need your help.
Thanks!

Generally speaking, if you get ripped off on Ebay, you whine about it on Yahoo Answers

If you paid via paypal, file a report with paypal. Paypal may be able to help you get your money back. Good luck - I've never had this problem with ebay, so I'm not really sure how to go about remedying it.

Can you give the hoodie to someone else on your gift list?

all you have to do is go to the bottom of your ebay page to security center, click 'report a problem' at the top of the page, and give them the info. they ask for.
it's super-easy on your part, but it could take about 3 weeks for your money to be credited back to your bank account because it goes through paypal and they have to investigate whoever gyped you.
you'll get your money back though! this has happened to me twice and works everytime!!! SO YOU CANNOT BELIEVE ANYONE WHO SAYS NOTHING HAPPENS AND YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK! I KNOW.... *lol*
hope this helps!

the best you can do is: give them negative feedback on ebay (this looks bad on them), contact ebay because you are most likely covered under buyer's protection and ebay may refund you your money

Go onto Ebay and go through the dispute resolution policies they have.
