How do you figure the ammount of money you will get from the government at retirement?

I am trying to figure out how much pension I might get from the government when I retire in 4 years from now at age 65. Is there a formula to calculate or is it a fix amount?

if you are talking about ss go there and they will you an estimate you will draw!!!

only your human resource dept can answer that. too many variables. how long you worked for them? your income during those years?
