My husband and I currently live in a nice apartment division. We pay $500 a month plus electricity, water/sewage, satellite, telephone/internet and other personal bills. We both have bad credit, see, I had bought a home but it was foreclosed due to our seperation at that time.We are back together now and are trying to decide and/or find a solution as to what we can do.We were told that we cannot buy a home unless someone with good credit buys it under his/her name and then we can refinance and have it transferred into our name after we can support it.Also, I have a 95 Isuzu Rodeo and have paid it off and have thought of trying to find a minivan, as we do have two boys and would like to find a newer car with less mileage on it.Should I keep this car or try to go ahead and find a newer one? Also, should we even try to find the way to get into a house again? I mean, you know, we need more space and etc. Please suggest

I gave my husband a huge hunk of money to cash and he put it in his work account. Now, we have all these returned check fees. I am unable to clearly think. I am a stay at home mom, and I was really excited to make that kind of money. I trusted that it would be okay. Then, he lost a $285 check I made from daycare and didn't tell me about it until later. SO, I wrote a slew of bad checks because of both incidents.

After watching my retired neighbours pottering about in their gardens daily for the last seven years, I have decided to take a lump sum from my pension now - not a huge amout, while I am still fit and young enough to enjoy it. Has anyone done this and how long should it normally take to get paid out.

I work hard and I won't leave my kids alone when I go on holiday, I will use the money or help to make my life and others lives much happier! ! SERIOUSLY .....
I will give the poor a chance to succeed even though others may ignore them because of their cheap clothes or because they live in awful homes, I would teach others how to be loving and compassionate when they have hard hearts and only care about themselves! I am worth it!!!
Millions ££'s would create better chances for people I know that REALLY need help, who work hard but don't get anywhere because nobody donates millions to them, instead they give it to those that already have it. I am a great cause and your help will snowball into success which you will be able to have details if you can be there for me ? xxxx

I dont have any expenses, but I see how it would be smart to save it.. but I was thinking about getting maybe a new game system or a new phone or something.. the only thing Id save it for would be a car.. then again, 7 dollars an hour isnt enough to pay for insurance or upkeep on a car anyways tho right?

Hello,
Can someone give me some info on energy trusts?
For example I see PWI. It has a yield of 13.76%.
Is there a downside to this?
the price just seems to hover between 17 and 28.
so it seems like a good place to park and make a big yield?

Hello there, I have a question regarding what is counted as an income. I currently attend a graduate school, and of course, many graduate school offer "stipends" to their students in return for them working for the department on various activities. Anyhow, I also receive the stipend and support myself out of that. Here comes the question. I was applying for a loan the other day, and my application was denied, and I was told that the stipend cannot become an source of an income. Although I took their words, I still cannot belive that a stipend cannot be counted as a source of income, because I receive it monthly, pay taxes over it and it has a salary value over it. Anyway, I'd like to hear about your thoughts on this.
