My mom can't get in contact wither her tax person to get a copy from them and I need the tax return for my financial aid. I saw websites that send a copy of the tax return by email within 24hrs but she would need to give them her social security number. Any ideas would be welcomed.

You have more than one problem.
When the tax person did your mother's return, professional standards of practice require him or her to give a copy to the client, your mother.
If for some reason she doesn't have a copy, she should have the copies of the raw data she gave the tax person and you may be able to use that information to fulfill the requirements for your financial aid. (Her income, etc.)
Rather than send this information through an unvetted website, it would be safer to send A COPY of whatever information you have to the financial aid people via overnight certified mail through the post office or overnight signature required delivery from one of the major delivery services, (UPS or FedEX.) It will cost in the neighborhood of $15-$25, but this is WAY cheaper than chancing your mom's identity theft through that website.
In the meantime, your mom must get ahold of the tax person to get a copy of her return. If this person was an individual not affliated with a company, then your Mom should contact the IRS. She needs to explain the situation to them and request a copy. She also needs to have that letter notarized and sent certified mail or signature required delivery (not necessarily overnight.) She also needs to keep a copy of that letter and the name of any person with the IRS with whom she speaks about this matter to prove she is trying to get this straightened out.
If she is ever audited by the IRS, not having a copy of the return will cause her all sorts of headaches.
