On craigslist I found a company that says you can take over a house payment with no credit check. Is the possible or is it a scam.

Hi. My husband and I are in way over our heads & I would really love some helpful ideas. We have $30,000 in credit card debt, $15,000 in car loans, & a home loan for $145,000 (worth $180,000). I work 3 part time jobs & my husband works 1 full time & 1 part time. We bring in about $60,000/year & we have two kids. I work from home for one job and the other two are when my husband is home. That way we don't pay daycare. My daughter is special needs and needs to be enrolled in a preschool to help her development, this is $250/month & cannot be eliminated. We do actually make it every month, by the skin of our teeth but we have no savings & every time something goes wrong (the stove breaks, the fridge starts smoking, etc) it causes major problems. We don't qualify for home equity loan b/c our debt ratio is to high. We don't want to be rich we just want to be able to do fun things like go to a movie together instead of not being able to b/c we need to pay the gas bill. Any advice?

I wish to lend my mother c£20,000 to assist with a property costing £275,000. I wish it to be secured by a mortgage on the property, not because I don't trust my mother, but so that on death (she is 77) the mortgage will be repaid from the estate and that share of the house will not become part of the Inheritance Tax trap.
I would prefer not to involve a solicitor in drawing up the mortgage deed and would happily use a form available over the internet, if such a thing exists. My aversion to using a solicitor stems from the fact that it will have to be independent of the solicitor she is using for her sale and purchase and just adds to the already considerable costs of the move.
How do I go about registering the charge and does this have to be done at the time the money is lent? That is on purchase.
If I cannot resolve this then I will lend the money unsecured but envisage problems with the tax authorities when I reduce the value of the estate by £20,000 +interest.
Many thanks.

If you file Ch. 7 to clear your debts, does that mean you have to lose your house in the process. What if you wanted to file Ch. 7 but still keep your house? Is that possible??

I have been attending my church classes and Dr. J. Victor Egan and his wife Catherine are teaching us about being Kingdom Millionaires. I believe God has a special place for all of us to have the appropriate amount of finances. I am wondering if anybody has actually participated in the Egan's seminars and if so how you benefited from them. (I am looking for a real direct response to this question so if you are not a Christian and or believer in GOD, please do not be rude with your responses, and or do not respond at all. I am not interested in hearing blasphemy! Thank you)

When making purchases online, is it better to use a credit card for security purposes? Do credit card companies have better policies on suspected fraudulent purchases than banks do with debit cards? Or is it all the same?

I don't want to take it all out just a partial distribution. When I checked my 401k site it says I can take a hardship withdrawal but my reasons for taking it out are not a hardship.
