now they are not asking me for my information,but just to open an inhouse bank account.then they will transfer the funds inhouse.after or before they transfer funds can't i put a pin code on that account and then get them.

Sounds like a scam. Don't give ANY information! You WILL regret it. Go buy a lottery ticket, better chance of getting money.
