Is this person on disability? If so, they have to be very careful with earning extra money. They are only allowed to earn so much per month before it will start effecting how much they receiving from Social Security.
If that is not a factor, try www.alpineaccess.com I've recommended them before. Instead of companies outsourcing their call centers to India, they have people at home do the job. Its a completely legitimate company, but you have to stick to your hours just like a normal job. You can just do it in your pjs! The pay is decent, they offer medical benefits after a certain time, and the work is customer service and order taking for companies like 1-800-Flowers.
