My account type was recently changed at my branch and did not advise me about this nor did I ask for it. At least it's for the better as I'll be saving money on withdrawal fees, however I do find it odd that this would be changed without them telling me. I am suspicious that one of my nosy family members was involved (it has happened at this bank before, when I was a legal adult). What do you think?

Please find the correct answer and help me!

A guy wrote me two different postdated checks, for $500.00 each, and neither of them would clear when the time rolled around.

We live in NC now. I want to take him to court in Indiana (small claims court) to try to get the money. No doubt, he has no money, but would love to get a lien on his home.

I also think he may be on probation, if that has any significance.

Checks were made out to me personally.

Help, do I have a good chance to at least get a lien put his home????

I have been looking and receiving many and varied opportunity emails. As yet I have only felt like a prospect, a lead and a newbie. When you have no money and little understanding for making your own product, marketing it and affiliating with those who do know how brings you diddly squat, what do you do? There are a lot of dead ends and detours with many available gurus at quite a price. I have tried surveys, blogging, articles, ads, leads. I have even considered writing an ebook . Ebay is another offer I had and I see potential but at a price over and above my 0$ budget. I figure that if this is a global question, there is a great possibility that some of you actually can help the rest of us out. Bless you!

I am 15 and I normally have about 40 dollars a week to do what I want with. I love looking nice and I like to buy clothes. I try not to buy them full price because it is so expensive and not right to spend 30 dollars on a shirt that is probably worth 10 dollars. I enjoy reading and I like to buy books because a lot of the books I enjoy reading are not at the library. I also would like to put some money away for college. What would you suggest for money management/budget? I am really desperate. I will give 10 pts to best answer. Thanks!

About how much money should I save to move out on my own if I already have a $425 car payment, a $60 cell phone bill, and about $80 worth of misc. bills? I make $13.00 an hour, and for where I live that is pretty good income. Please don't say I'm to young to be worrying about this kind of stuff, I'm very responsible and independent (which is why I want to move out), I am simply looking for suggestions on how much to save up.

I have the other 3 pieces and I only want 1 million. YOU KEEP THE OTHER 4 MILLION!!!!! I have plans to donate my 10% (of my 1 million portion) to GOD and then I will thank God for the rest of the 1 million if I am able to find someone who wants to join with me in winning the Mc Donalds money. I just need Shortline to finish the match. Again I am not greedy. I would feel more than honored to agree to give the other 4 million to my would be partner who had the Shortline piece. Please contact me if you have it!
