I have 40lbs so far in it. it is not even close to beening half way filled yet

What categories of things need to generally be consittered besides rent, food, clothes and gas. I don't need the numbers, i can research that myself, i just don't know all the categories.

Can anyone help? I am a veteran and have bad credit due bills not being taken care of by my parents when I was over seas and my credit is destroyed cause they did not make payments with the money I sent..... can you refer me to a bad credit lender so I can take of my reposiblilty? And take care of my daughter?

I just sent out my mail on monday at 3 o'clock, and pickup was at 4:30 pm. and my bills are due on next monday, do you think it would make it there on time? See the thing is, i didn't get my bills until saturday, so i sent it on monday, and so its due the monday after that. So it would be their fault right? And i shouldn't be charge with a late fee or anything right?

I need some advice-i am considering going bankrupt,but there are a couple of monthly payments i NEED to keep up.
What happens if i am declared bankrupt? Do i still have access to the current account i use at the moment? Can i still make these payments through this account?
Part of my debt is a personal loan from the bank i hold the account with so if they close my account how am i going to pay the direct debits i need to?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,along with any other info you might have about bankruptcy.Thanks

I know a guy that is only 26 and he is on Real Estate for a while and he claims he can give me the best service in the planet (basically) and wouldn't lie to me in this transaction (the most important of my life) what do you guys suggest?

she has no concept of how much money she spends, where she spends it and what bills she should be paying and when. she's now overdrafted her checking account twice in two months, the first time it happened i advanced her $125 (which she still can't afford to pay me back yet). we're going to get married, i don't want this to come between us. she doesn't do it on purpose, she's just ignorant on finance management. I really want to just demand to take over all of our finances and take control of her accounts, but she also needs to learn this for herself and grow up, she has a horrible pride-streak that prevents her from seeking help on her own. please help

I have tried and tried to manage money, but i just cant do it. On paper it always seems like i hae enough but never do. i dont make frivilous purchaces....

In Indiana (where I live) a creditor can go to court and have a judgement placed against your wages without you even knowing it - but I want to know what is the maximum percentage a creditor can take from your wages - is it 25% - AND - is it true that only one garnishment can be applied to your wages at one time ... ??? This is for Indiana. Any Indiana people that can answer this?

I am a graduate student now with over 120K in student loan debt. Including private and federal loans. I'm really concerned about how I am going to pay it all back. I justified it all by saying that I am in a graduate program (currently in my first year of a 5 year PhD program in industrial-organizational psychology at another very pricey school) that will yield a high paying job. Though now I hate my graduate program and what I am studying. How can I manage this massive student loan debt??
