Both of us do not have the best of credit but his is better than mine. If we want to take out a loan (house or school) is it better for him to try for it on his own or include me to show our second income?

I need to borrow 1500 I work full time but I cannot get caught up with things I got behind when I was injured. I need some dental things done and I need to get rid of some bills I do not want a payday loan because I have fallen into that trap and you do not get out. My fiancé is taking out a student loan and I’m the co-applicant. How can I make sure that if we separate (before of after being officially married) that I will not be responsible for any of the payments? Not only do I want to have all payments made by him, but I want to know if it’s possible to have my name removed from the loan altogether. I’m more worried about him falling behind on payments and having that reflected on my credit record. We’re talking about doing a pre-nup but I’m not sure it will be valid if we happen to split up before we’re officially married. Also, not sure if the loan company will transfer my name off the loan. What’s the best way to handle this?

and pretended to be the person with the bank acount to check their balance because they hadn't paid us. One time she even called the bank and asked to change their(a customer) pin number so she could see if funds were available...I don't agree with this...it is against the law, what do I do? I need the $ but can't keep breaking the law! Even if I do find another job(trying right now) should I turn my former place of employment in?
