Which bank in singapore offer best interest n benefit for debit card user?

hi, i realise that different bank liases with restaurants and shop to allow discount upon using their card, but which bank debit card is better? and what is the fee for using the card annually?

i think the best one will be uob mini debit card, it has a nice design, no fees charged, just have enough $$ in your bank account plus discounts for some restaurants, all my friends have one, right now i am saving up enough $ to open an account as well. go to their website or your nearest uob bank for more details. cheers
