I bought a xbox360 off someone on ebay and paid with a money order. He was suppose to send a tracking number but now his email address says it no longer exists and I sent the money order. am I out of luck?

I get up everyday go to work, work hard and earn an average salary for where I live. I don't spend much but I'm always broke! Always living paycheck to paycheck and not enough to even save. Does anybody have any suggestions? I've read things on stocks, investments, etc but know nothing about it. I'm just really sick of being broke all the time. With my weird work hours, a second job is impossible. My immediate family is deceased so no help there. I wouldn't ask anyways. Are there any legitimate work at home jobs with great income? My house payments been late and I was threatened with foreclosure twice. I don't like living like this. There has to be another way. Any suggestions....will be appreciated.

Im british and working in the United states temporarily so I do not have any kind of american bank account. I recieved an order cheque for the sum of my pay, so can I just go to the bank the cheque is from with my id and and get it cashed?

if i go bankrupt and owe tax will i be able to keep my van and tools and if when i do and carry on working and making good money will they want it all off me or will it be over,i'm not bothered about credit as my credit ratings been rubbish for years and its not bothered me ,i earn good money but a company that owes me money is not paying me and i fear i am going to be left up sxxt creek without a paddle ,people say that u have no bank account,how do people pay cheques to me so i can live or do i have to die ,is this the punishment for being scum,thanks

I'm a USA resident, but I live in another country. When I was in USA I was pregnant and had to go to the General Hospital for examination. I didn't work in the USA, didn't have any earnings so I thought I didn't need to pay. And I told so there. Now they're sending bills to the place where I lived on large amounts of money. if i file for bankruptcy, (not sure if it'll be a 7 or a 13, probably a 13) and live in california... can i include my second mortgage? i owe about 370k on the 1st and @ 100k on the second. i'm also wondering, if i have a boat i'm making payments on, will that have to go back to the bank even if i don't want it to? if it matters, i owe more on it than it's worth by @ 3-6k... pay off is @ 16k.
