First thing to do is settle all your bills and make your self debt free. Everything else is secondary: chose or creation of a charity group to give some money away, houses in different countries, cars, travels, investments e.t.c

I would buy 30 million lottery tickets. There are only 14 million combinations, so I would win at least two jackpots.

donate 16 million to the poor, 2 million would be used on lottery tickets, 3 million would go to my relatives, 5 million would be used on my future house & a car & the last 2 million would be for my etertainment needs

I wouldn't buy anything first I would donate $5,000 to the poor children. Then I would buy a beautiful house!
