I want to move to GA but don't have the resources just looking for some good input so i can get moving

I live on the west coast and am trying to go to GA! I don't know anyone there I've been looking for jobs online but it's really hard to get noticed when your address is in another state!

Got a friend there you can move in with? Find a university town and look for cheap housing. You did not say where you are now. Have you got a job there?

Go online and look for a job in the town you want to move to. If you know someone in that town use there address on your resume. Now I am assuming you know people in that area and thats why you want to move there.
Once you have a job lined up, all you need is enough money to move your stuff down. Trust me I have done it 3 times.

I flew from Chicago to NC for $65 and rented a UHaul truck $103 and drove all my stuff up here.

try to see if the state has a community action council. they may be able to help you move.

omg!!! seriously when you get the right answer email it to me please! I am having the same problem getting from missouri to New Orleans. So far Penske had the best truck prices for me.
