Try selling some of your old items on ebay and using the money to pay for the dog.

You don't say what sort of dog it is.

If you cannot afford the dog then you probably cannot afford the Vet bills for the dog. The outflow of cash only beings when you purchase the dog but there is a lifetime of care that goes along with the doggie.

Be happy with the dog you have or get a dog from a shelter that needs a home

Sometimes specific breeds of dogs have rescue societies and you can go on line but in (example) "beagle rescue" and there will be lots of dogs that have been abandoned for one reason or another by their owners - a very good deal for you and the dog.

Adopting a dog or any pet; is like adopting a child

You should spend any money you earn on grammar lessons. You don't got to talk perfect good english, but lerning enough to sound almost literate is good start.

You don't need $450 for a dog. Are you trying to buy some silly macho looking pit bull or something? Go to the animal shelter and find a dog that needs a good home. Let them help you find a dog that's a good match for you.

It doesn't sound like it, but you might be leaving for college in 4 years. You'll need to leave the dog behind when you go. Of course you could just skip college and get a job on a road crew and keep the dog.

Animal shelter; it's almost free.

First off, go to school and actually learn something. Your grammar and spelling are horrible. Okay, now, I suggest that you go and sign up for a Paypal account or something that will let you accept donations from people. You'll need a bank account, though, so I suggest asking your mom or dad if it's okay to use theirs. You can get a job at 14 (in the state of California, but I don't know where you're from), but it would only be for a few hours a day at minimum wadge.

Stay away from Cash Create and other survey Web sites!

It's a waste of time and will cause you unhappiness.

If you choose to get suckered in and sign up to take surveys and receive free trials considered you were warned. The minute you give them your credit card and personal information you have now opened your computer to unwanted cookies on your hard drive, annoying pop-up windows and if you are on a PC you open your computer to viruses that can wipe you out.

Don't bother. Dogs are cool but are way too expensive, if you can't afford the money to buy one you can't afford to take care of one.

Vets fees are expensive, so is the food, you have to walk it regularly every day. At 14 i would say you are too young to take full responsability for it.

If you can't even afford the dog how are you going to take care of it? Food is a must. Everyday. Vets are expensive. What if he gets sick?

Can't you get a job cutting the neighbors' lawns or do some babysitting.

You could be extra nice to mom and dad. If you are a girl, it shouldn't be a problem. Daddies love their little girls.

The real question may be how are you going to raise money to feed the dog and provide it with proper medical care.
