When ever I get ahead or just where I need to be with my bills something wrong always happens and then I get put back right were I started behind again. I have a financial plan all set out and I have been doing it to the T but when I get around to have extra money then something else goes wrong and then I am broke again. And these are just random things, it's like my family is cursed to awlays have finacial problems.

I am 23 years old, in college part time and working part time. I am recently divorced and have about $21,000 in loans and credit card bills I got stuck with that were all aqquired during the marriage. Since I can only afford minimum payments (and receive no financial aid) I feel like I should look into bankruptcy.

I live in Germany, and my friend lives in Canada, he wants to send me some money, and sending it in a letter is to risky, what other ways does he have???

my brother has a trailer on my land he was living in. he got behind on payments the company he was buying from told him he need to move they was coming to repo the trailer. that was 4 months ago they came and changed the locks .it has been empty since june 1st we have called they won't come get it they have it on the internet for sell. we was told they had the right to leave it set there till it's was sold what should i do?

I took out four payday loans, and now they are all due. SInce I am noiw out of work due to my broken ankle, I have no money or no money coming in.Im out of work for the time being.....they automatically take money out of my bank account...since there is nothing there to take out, its going to cause my bank account to go very negative, and I wont be able to pay the loans back.Question is, will they be able to sue me ? will I be arrested for not being able to pay them ?Im concerned.please help.

I`ve been off on sick since April -so on ssp, bank allowed all direct debits etc to go out & so now over our £1500 limit by £450..& gettin charged on average £140 a month! Just applied to extend th overdraft by £500 to stop charges & they sed no! I`m back to work in 2weeks they know this wont extend o d but still take off their charges.!! Therefore have 79p to live off till hubby paid in 2 weeks!!Any 1 in banking out there can help PLEASE!!!!( We used to have od of £2500 but paid £1000 off b4 i was ill!! ) Cheers guys.

she thinks its the end of her career, but the fact is , she just graduated from college and got fired after a very short period of time because she wasnt doing her job right, ....
its not her mistake, she said the company was cheap and safed money on training....
