A bank wouldn't offer a service that wasn't secure. If your account was raided due to their insecure systems, they would have to renburse you your stolen cash.
I don't think any bank would release a system that wasn't secure.

the banks offer secure online banking and have for some time on the log in page it will show a padlock. millions of clients use the service each day, but to say 100% secure who can say .

i work for a bank and i wouldnt do this.. what if you change your number and the details continue to go to that number. what if someone looks at your phone when your not looking and gets your details,
what if when u give the bank your number they get a digit the wrong way round (human error) when keyin it into the program?
