I sent my invention to a company, paid tons of money and they have not done anything with it. At this point they have not returned my calls and I'm afraid they can take my rights to my product away. I need to pay them some more money for the patent but they will not send me the forms, I call and they say they either sent them already or they are going to. Help My entire savings plus my kids savings are in danger. My invention is a sure thing if I can get it away from this company.

Currently ICICI bank is offering interest at 8% p.a. for 400 days on fixed deposites while IDBI bank is offering 8.25% p.a. for 500 days.

is IDBI is better than ICICI since it is giving 0.25% extra with 100 days more.

I have a sister that placed $10,000 in an account for my son, after a relatives death. She was in charge of the relatives trust, and supposedly abided by the trusts request to give my son the $10,000. She opened an account placed the $10,000 in the account, and made herself the custodian of my son's account. She then took that $10,000 out after a couple years, and used the money for her own personal use, to keep up with her phoney lifestyle, while closing out the account. . Is this legal? What legal rights do I have to get my sons money back? How do I get a hold of the trust? Is it worth it? Any advice would be appreciatted. Thank you

I will continue working and I am healthy. If I wait until I am 70 I will get $800 more per month than if I take it at my eligible age of
65 and 8 months. Two of my financial adivsors said wait until\
70 and two said, of course, take it now. So I am confused how
to resolve this dilemma.

I don't know what to do...I just received two letters saying that either i'm being sued or a judgement has been entered against me from a creditor that i don't know and for an amount that i don't owe. I was never served any papers to appear in court nor have I received any collection notices for this amount. I don't know what to do...i don't want them to garnish my check or take any money out of my bank accounts. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!

TIA!
