Probably nowhere. ChexSystems is made to protect banks from taking losses - if you have a record with them it indicates to the bank that you aren't a good candidate for an account. Even if you call ChexSystems and find out who you owe and pay it off, you'll still be on there. There are different levels of reporting - if you pay it, it will take you out of the 'monies owed' part, but you'll still be there. It is the choice of the bank that reported you to remove you. ChexSystems can not remove you. Once the debt is paid you would have to contact the reporting bank to be removed. It is unlikely that they will do so. I'm sure you received numerous letters and such before you were placed on Chex - banks don't just randomly report you. You'll probably have to wait it out - your record will stay on Chex for 5 years.

You have to call the reporting company and find out who you owe. It shouldn't be too difficult. You can't get out of the system without paying your overdrafts. Once, they're paid, you should be clear.

Try TCF Bank (if it's in your area) or a credit union. Credit unions tend to be more lenient.
