The bank cleared a cheque that they wasn't suppose to. I spended the money. Now ( 6 months laster ) they are telling me they want the money back and want to charge me for fraud. I didn't know about the cheque. Can they charge me (sue me) if THEY have cleared the cheque ??

an aquaintance took my phone chip fo which i have a contract on. i gave him permission to use 700 mins on the phone but he went over the contract deal and used 1676 mins on the phone and as now iccurred me a bill of 230 pounds,and he refuses to pay and theres no legal action available for me to take. what should i do now?

I graduated from college about a year ago and I just started working at a steady job six months ago, I'm just reestablishing myself and need some cash to get settled in a place of my own (I've been sleeping on a friends couch!) I am tired and out of ways to look for loan to oblige with the banks to pay more instead of the minimum payment that I have paid. I dont want to keep borrowing or asking loan when in the end I will be doomed. Is there any organisation/financial co where I could sought help to offer loan payable monthly @ a minimal interest charge per month and close all the outstanding payments with my banks.

What do I do? I have to file bankruptcy because my dad got credit cards in my name, and used them and only paid $20 for each bill, ive already filed but they still need my bank statements and paystubs, but i dont have all of my paystubs, and the place im filing with will have to pay a fee to get them, but the thing is, the court appearance is sept 25th, should i call to get an extension? i dont know what to do.

Me and my husband make about $4000.00 a month (that is bring home pay after taxes). I know this is not a lot of money but, it seems like we can't save or have much left over after we pay the bills.The only major bill we have is 700.00 per month rent, 611.00 car payment. We are trying to save to buy a house in about a year through a VA loan. Our utilities are around 800.00 per month. That leaves us around 1,889 left over and this does not include my 703.00 per month child support from my ex. We eat at fast food joints to much but the real problem is my husband can't manage money well at all. It takes at least 20.00 a day for him. He is doing better though. I say that is a lot. Please HELP!!!

Can companies like Gateway, Dell or other ones that you're entitled to dept to, can they take your social security if they have a representitive and they serve papers on you? I'm wondering cause my parents had one from a company that they had been in dept with years ago and on the served papers it said that they would garishe their state taxes, though they don't pay taxes out due to their income. Thanks.
