It seems as though the cost of everything else is rising due to the high gas prices. Each week when I grocery shop, it seems the cost of items get higher and higher.

Have you felt the sting of the rising gas costs ?

Hey everyone. This is not a quetions, but PLEASE READ IT. Gas prices are killing everyone. But we can't just stop using gas, it is a NEED that everyone has. We need gas to get around, we need it for cars, street bikes, dirt bikes, and much more. But there is a way to fight the prices. If everyone stops buying gas from Mobil and Exxon (the two largest gas companies in the world) they will take a huge hit. Just think you probably spend 100 dollars or more a month on gas. So think if 300 people stopped buying that from mobil and exxon that is 30000 dollars they lose, but if the whole contry stops, that is even more money. So spread the news, don't buy from mobil or exxon. If their prices go down, everyone will follow suit. PLEASE HELP!!! FIGHT THE GAS WAR!!!

Does anyone know if this exists? I have tried loads of sites but none have a decent rate. I need to borrow £1000 payable over 12 months, but many I have seen have a rate so high that you end up paying £100 for the credit, which I feel is unreasonable. I know it is probably because of my age, but I do have an income each month.

I didnt even know that I had a default. I've alwasy managed to get credit without a problem, and paid the majority of these off as my husband and I were looking to buy a house.
We finally found one (an ex-MOD house we were going to buy through a company - they were going to pay the deposit, legal fees, survey costs - fantastic!). we got approved for the mortgge, but when the application went through it came back with this default (about £2000 owing on a credit file, I have an agreement with them, it seems I missed a payment almost 3 years ago when I was moving and I didnt get a letter about the default. despite continuing with the agreement to pay the amount back, they wont remove it from my file).
can I get a mortgage anywhere?!?! with any company?!?!?!
we've got a baby on the way so are desperate to own a house before he/she is born.
I dont have the money to pay the company off in full as this will be going towards moving costs.
