If you own a car, you can get a title loan for any equity you have in the car. Check the yellow pages for "Title Loans" or "Cash and Check Advances." They are usually very fast.

A few legit options:
Car title loan (must own your car already, clear title).
Personal Loan from bank (like a credit card, but you must have good credit, can have the money today.)
Payday loan (must have job, take paycheck stubs to a cash advance payday loan place)
Cash advance on a credit card you already have that has at least 600 on it. Take it to your bank, and they can issue a cash advance from it.
Pawn some real nice jewelery or stuff, must be real nice because a pawn shop will only give a very small percent of the actual worth ofthe item, if you do this then buy it back if possible.
Sell Jewlery outright to a jeweler, they will only buy real nice stuff.
Ask your employer for a cash advance, explain that it is an emergency, some companies and employers will help with this and take the money out of your next few checks.
There may be other options, but these are the best I can think of to get the money so fast.

Find somewhere to give blood that pays for it. Pick up cans and then turn them in for money. Ask someone for a loan. Go to one of those check writing places. Start walking the streets? Just a few options for you.

You could risk your life and go steal it somewhere. Please don't do that, just explain your dilemma to who ever is supposed to get the money and they will probably not understand, but its worth a try.
