besides craigslist. i need to sell my stuff and hate doing the shipping and money order stuff which is why i like craigslist. but are there any other sites that do the sam ething?

I don't know what you have against craigslist. There's an old-fashioned approach called classified ads in the newspaper. I expect most newspapers now do on-line classified ads.
I despise eBay, but I think you can sell stuff for local pick-up only.

Amazon also lets you sell stuff if they also sell the item as new
