I saw the charge on my cc statement. I found the website but did not have phone, only email. Website did not respond...it's been 2 weeks. I emailed them twice and threatened to report them to BBB. Do you have any suggestions as to how to handle this? Thanks.

Okay, am I reading a plot into this that is not there?

There is a Mexican holding up a sign with something like 7.90 pesos. Then he holds up a sign with a different amount.

On the other side of the screen is a hispanic guy eating something from the McDonalds dollar menu. He is in a hammock and surrouded by flowers and blue skies. HE motions and invites the Mexican in.

The message is that the "dollar" menu is consistent and good. The IMPLICATION is that he is inviting the poor Mexican into our country to enjoy our consistent monetary system and our consumer products.

The next scene, the Mexican that just came in invites a women in who was doing the same thing with a sign. Again, this appears to be telling them to come on in, then to invite their friends and relative.

Has anyone else seen this? Are you getting the same message out of it?

Do you know where we can send an email to let McDonalds know that we don't like this message?

Dear Partner,
I am presenting to you a case of my client, who willed a fortune to his
next-of-kin. It was most unfortunate that he and his next-of-kin died
on the same day in an auto crash.I am now faced with the Task of who to
present as the Next of Kin/Beneficiary to his Estate.

According to the law,the fortune will be claimed by the Bank. However,I
don't belong to that school of thought which proposes that the fortune
of unlucky people be given to the Government. My client made a
deposit,valued at US$27,500,000.000.

Upon maturity, the bank sent a routine notification to his forwarding
address but got no reply. This prompted my legal duties among others to
inform the the management of his death and to present his Next of Kin to
claim his total estate. This sum of $27,500,000.00 Twenty-Seven
Million,Five Hundred Thousand USD is in their custody. No body has come forward
to make claims. The money will revert to the ownership of the Bank,if
nobody applies as the Next of kin to Claim the fund.

Consequently,I shall present you to stand as the next of kin to my Late
Client so that you and I can benefit from the fruits of this old man’s
labour to enhance our financial status. For now, I alone knew about
his last will/Testament,as my client had great confidence in me.
Everything will be left between you and I.The share would be 30% for you and
50% for me. All I have to Do is to amend his Last will/Testament to make
you the Next of Kin/Beneficiary of the Estate legally.

As I am not very sure of getting your consent on the issue,I prefer not
to divulge my full identity so as not to risk being exposed.I need not
emphasize to you that the sensitivity of this issue need not be toyed
with by neglecting its confidentiality.

Upon acceptance, I shall send to you a copy of the probate and
Inherittance return information form and the Detailed Information on how this
business would be successfully transacted. At this point I want to
assure you that your true consent, full co-operation and confidentiality are
all that are required for us to take full advantage of this great
opportunity.

Foward your full names, address, and Private telephone & fax numbers for
follow up.
I look forward to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
Micheal Briggs.

I'm new to Ebay selling, so no rude comments please.

I recently sold three things. Two people paid by PayPal right away, so I shipped those the same day.

The other one hasn't paid yet, though. It's been a few days now. Should I just wait for them to pay through PayPal before I ship it? Or do you think they are waiting for it to be shipped before they pay me? How does this normally work?

Should you wait for the buyer to pay through PayPal first before you ship it? Or is it sometimes OK to ship it first? Thanks.

As soon as you send the Tracking Number, agent will verified the shipment with the body of courier you used for the shipping and we will send out the fully information needed to cash your money to you immediately. You have been notified immediately your money was approved and since then we've not read from you till when the payee contact us again that you are not understandable.

Please send the tracking number and all your inquiries to us at: info_paylink_shipmentpay@consultant.com

Is this the correct e-mail address, and is that how its suppose to be?

So yesterday afternoon, I was fired when I sent an email asking for the status of payroll. I had been working for over 60 days not without compensation. I used to get checks via ADP from the company but its been 2 months since they were able to make payroll.

When I asked for SOME funding since I'm starting to get letters from my Car Loan, my boss fired me.

How long do they have by law to pay what's owed to me? If they are not paying me, they are not paying the government, my IRA, or insurance. As of my fired date, they owe me apx $6,500 gross.

A fellow coworker mentioned to me that since I was FIRED their time frame has shrunk.

A little help with this situation would help. How would I enforce any of this?

Thank you.

I am an aspiring photographer but I don't know where to try and start selling my pictures. I thought a nursing home would be a good place because those rooms could often need some decoration. However, something about this seems unkosher. Can I do this?

I do not mind traveling to certain areas . I changed some pounds into dollas before and got the worst rate. So now I am looking for places where the rate is a bit better. I went to the post office to change my money last time. And what is a good rate to find? I know the rate is near £1=$1.7 or has it changed? If any travelers or Londoners know any goods places please drop off a few names, directions.

Thank you.

DEPRESSION, OR EVEN STAGFLATION?

I´ve followed the moves of the Petrodollar, and I think there are sure signs to think we´ll be heading to a very nasty recession in less than a year.

Is that the REAL reason Bushy wants a third war in the Middle East?
