I'm new to Ebay selling, so no rude comments please.

I recently sold three things. Two people paid by PayPal right away, so I shipped those the same day.

The other one hasn't paid yet, though. It's been a few days now. Should I just wait for them to pay through PayPal before I ship it? Or do you think they are waiting for it to be shipped before they pay me? How does this normally work?

Should you wait for the buyer to pay through PayPal first before you ship it? Or is it sometimes OK to ship it first? Thanks.

Cardinal Rule of eBay: Never ever ship an item if the buyer has not paid for it.

I suggest you send a reminder email to the buyer to let them know that they have won the item and that you are awaiting for their payment

eBay actually has a step by step instruction on what to do if the buyer still hasn't paid. I suggest you follow the steps

DONT SHIP IT WITHOUT PAYMENT!!!!

What other forms of payment do you offer?? You can send a payment reminder about 7 days after auction end - I would do that first.

Have them pay first. If you ship first, they might not pay at all.
