I doubt it. Donations are for non-profits, not unsuccessful business. they would be flushing their money down the toilet, and few people enjoy doing that.
If you need a business loan you can get it from Uncle Sam at sba.gov.

Probably not but I bet they get thousands of request or money. Most celebrities don't even really donate their TIME when the perform for those big charity events. They get paid and/or get special perks.
I wouldn't count on getting any help for you business.

I have not heard of any celebrity who helps total strangers with business loans.
