I saw the charge on my cc statement. I found the website but did not have phone, only email. Website did not respond...it's been 2 weeks. I emailed them twice and threatened to report them to BBB. Do you have any suggestions as to how to handle this? Thanks.

Call your credit card and report the charge as fraudulent. They will require the info in writing. That will at least stop finance charges until you can stop them. See if your credit card people can give you any more information as to who is charging you the charges. Report them to the Attorney General of your state and theirs. The BBB doesn't do much unless someone calls them and ask for a reference. The Attorney General will pursue them legally. You can contact them online and get the form or call and they are very helpful. You must follow their instructions exactly. They are your free attorney and can get results. Sometimes it takes awhile but they get them. They went after a utility company that charged me fraudulently and on and on and I got all my money back. Lots of luck.

Contact your credit card company immediately and put the amount in dispute. They will send you the forms to complete. Let them know that you have been unsuccessful in contacting the company. The credit card company will remove the charge from your account until the matter is settled.

Report it to your credit card company. They will put it in dispute and send you forms to fill out. The credit card usually gives you credit till they have contacted the company. The company may not give you credit. If the credit card company can't get credit, write to the attorney general of your state.
