Do they come with a number to call and verify before depositing in your bank? Can the bank verify the info before they accept the money order or cashier check?

I have a client who had paid thier bill for my service in a small business. But the check bounced and since then I have called and called and left messages, sent letters. I have not gotten any reply or coroporation for almost a year now. What else can i do to make them pay for the bank fee and the check?

I recieved a check for $2,990in the mail where I'm supposed to wire a certain amout somewhere-and then spend so much at 2 stores. I'm very skeptical and wonder if anyone else has gotten this. Also, is there anywhere you can cash a check if you don't have those funds available in your checking account. I tried to cash it today to see if the funds were really there because there's 2 legitamite banks named on the check. Anty info would be great!

On the tracking for my number it says my delivery should be delivered on Monday, Sept 17th. However in the details it says that at 7:18 this morning my item went out for delivery in my neighborhood.

ok my dad is being such a dick he &mystepmom& mom&stepdad said i could get a nice car for college and my bday(both in november) ,(all agreed to split the $) and now he's backin out saying it doesn't seem "practical" and that i should jus wait til after i graduate cuz it's inconvienent 2 have a car in the city and it's"extravagant". well i personally like 2 have the best of everything and dont u agree girls will like me more then other guys?!. And would u reccomend I maybe jus lease one? or buy a used lux car(thinking jag x-type, or benz c-class, then upgrade after I graduate to a higher end model as I bring in my own salary). But the deal was we were not gona spend more then 15-20k tops(we have connections).

ps. In addition this is a private university and I know kids will be driving nicer Brand New cars so spare the sarcastic comments about how I'm a spoiled & entitledc uz I DON"T wana hear it. I'm a pretty good kid, had jobs b4,saved$, was on tennis,swim team&4-hclub. so yeh

I've been working for this company for over a year now, im the only female in my department.
I'm treated like a worthless piece of crap. I'm constantly being called a b*tch, a knowledgeless child, etc...all by my ego driven boss. This is a very small company so it's almost impossible to go to an HR rep or Owner to ask for help without being laughed at.
I am currently started to document all harrassment and asking each time i'm called a name, for him to stop.
I;m just curious on what to do, driving to work each morning makes me sicker than a dog knowing im going to be called names and blamed for all the companies issues when i have nothing to do with them...what should i do?...
This is the best paying job for my field in the area, i love doing what i do, but not the situation im in.

Suppose you are given a Trial balance as at 31 March this year.
with the following information:
Debit
Cash at Bank $2700
etc...

Now, in April, you performed certain transactions:
April 2 Paid the rent for April $ 555


The question I like to know is how do you incorporate past entries into present entries in a T account. I think I need to use balance c/d and balance b/d here. Am I correct? Could you explain those 2 concepts and why at the end of a T account Balance c/d is the same value to Balance b/d?

Please help here.

My sister sent off for details as she is stuck at home with kids. They reckon they will pay you £500+ for every 100 envelopes you stuff and for every 500 at least £2,500 per week. She has to send them £70 for the privilage or £35 if she replies within 7 days. This is for her 'full & complete starter pack' and is fully refundable when she has earned her first £50. I just left the one company, company would not given me the re-leaving letter. but now when i want to join one MNC the HR want's the releaving letter of previous company. The previous company's HR says design the letter print it on letter head & submit it to current new company.

They just charged me $490 in overdraft fees!!!!!!!!!! For less than $80 worth of purchases (mostly 4-5 dollar items)!!!!! I hate them so much. I am definitely switching banks. Tomorrow. There is no way I can afford that, any chance I will get them to cut this down a little? Do you have some strategies to use on the bank employees to make them consider forgiving some of these outrageous fees?
