If anyone has worked for Primerica past or present, please let me know what you think of it. Is it really that easy to earn money? I'm worried about the 100% commission/no salary part of it.

What do CEOs do?
--
How do they make money?

What kinds of jobs do they have?

Can you name one or two presteige/famous CEOs?
--
How many years in college/university?

Thanks so much for answering!!! * I'm still a fifth grader learning so please don't provide harsh answers that don't relate to this question. I will do my homework on CEOs. Just asking the basics. Thanks again!~

It is often argued that private country clubs tend to have low-quality food operations because the members do not join or frequent their clubs for the food but rather for the golf and fellowship.(note: A private country club charges an intitiation fee and monthly dues. Members pay for food and drink they consume. the members own the club and pay annual assessments. When members resign or die, some clubs allow the members or their estate to resell the membership, subject to board approval of the new member. Other clubs resel the membership and retain the new initiation fee.)

Let me rephrase my question. I know every accountant has different hourlys so I want to know how long does it usually take for an accountant to help me get set up properly with my small business?

I need the accountant to help with the basics of ensuring that I'm keeping track of everything and have a proper process of doing it. How long does it take them? Or are there proper online resources that I can refer to for this?

Thanks!

I just had an interview at staples, one of the questions was what de-motivates you, and I stupidly said "Things I am not interested in", I should have said "being un-organized", do you think i still have a chance with the job, the rest of the interview went great.

I'm sending a letter to Japan which is, I believe, $0.90. If I'm using the Liberty Bell Forever First-Class stamps, how many do I need?

Do I need 3 stamps? (I'm not sure what the difference is when buying a $0.41 stamp and a first-class stamp).

Thank You!

I have worked there for only about 11 mths. I have not worked since 9 mths ago. 3 mths humanitarian, clearing my CPA papers, voluntary translation work... etc. Have a 2 mth stint as internal auditor which i found unsuitable and left.

Have been wanting to get back to a Spore Big4 audit firm for external audit since then. Because I understand that pay increase in higher in AUDIT, esp Big4. Most pple spend ~2 or 3 yrs there before going to commercial, just to obtain an Audit Senior's salary & exposure to accounting stds.

Pay increase in commercial is slow and starts from $2400 for me.

... if all companies had a single, standardized application form, so one could just fill theirs out, print out several copies, and distribute them to various places of business?

I know that some companies want to make sure that the applicant is willing to put forth the effort to fill out their forms, but from past experience I've found that some of the nicest application forms produce some of the most shoddy workers.

So, why not? What harm would having a standardized application system cause?
