Unless it's an actual part of your job, yes it should. A person is hired to work, and not on their myspace page. My employer pays me for my time, to be on her computer creating graphics, for customers, NOT fixing up my myspace or facebook. That is a great example of employee theft, btw.

If you can't manage to get your work done then yes,other wise it should be allowed! One person not doing what they ought to be.........ruins it for everyone.
