If anyone has worked for Primerica past or present, please let me know what you think of it. Is it really that easy to earn money? I'm worried about the 100% commission/no salary part of it.

I currently work there part-time. The business is simple, but not easy to build. As for making money, it is easy at the beginning since you really don't have to do anything. You just have to be coachable and listen to your uplines. Your uplines will teach you everything they know and tell you what mistakes to avoid.
The average is that 1 out of 4 families will do business with you. But if you stay in the right market and you understand everything, you increase your average to 2 out of 4. My point is that you are not going to do business with every family. Some people are ignorant to information and some are just too afraid to change. No matter what the outcome is, you always want to get referrals from every appointment you go on.

Obviously you have to be good at sales and work hard to be successful.
