Is anyone else as shocked as I am that companies should be touting this concept. Insolvency should be the last resort, not something that's touted door to door!
I was also shocked that the caller first of all denied that an IVA was insolvency (though he later admitted that 'technically' it was. He also denied that having an IVA would damage one's credit, though again he later admitted that it would when I pressed him.
No wonder the UK's got a record number of insolvencies, when it's made so easy!

Is simpe. I just want to know if I can get paid for a service I will give to an Airline with vouchers redemables for tickets.
I am currently working on the proposal and I would lke to include this option.
I believe that is better for them to pay this way because it will be less expensive.

I sold a item on ebay and the buyer emailed me that the item did not work. I was not sitting by my computer waitng for someone to email me so I got the message the following day. I went to my ebay account and found that it was suspended without even a chance for a dispute. The buyer had left negative feedback saying that it took 10 days to get his item which in reality took 6 days as you have to wait to get your money. I contactacted ebay with the delivery conformation number and it did not matter even though there was proof that the buyer had lied. They told me in order to get my account right I would need to fax them a copy of my drivers license or another government document to verify who I was. I have been selling on ebay on and off for 4 years and they know who I am as they have my bank account info. This is ebays trust department that tells you not to send this info to anyone and they will not ask. What should I do?

Hi, i make 3d animation and motion graphics for tv ads. A friend recently got a deal with a tv network to make 30 animations, he wants to split the earnings 50-50 buy im doing all the work and all the equipment is mine, so I dont beleive a 50-50 split is fair, what percentage would be fair to give him for getting the job?

I know I have the perfect commercial for Cheverolet but I have found it very difficult to present it to them. I don't want to just send it in because chances are someone might steal the idea. I traded off my old car to a dealership. First contract they could not find a bank and told me that the next car was preaproved for a loan. Completed paperwork for that car. two weeks latter, Dealership called and said that loan was cancelled by that bank. Returned car back to dealership. They called me up 2 weeks latter and said that they had a new bank to complete the loan. I refused to sign any more contracts with the dealership. They informed me that they considered this to be an open contract an that they could submitt it to any bank and that it was also a binding contract. I found out latter that they had sold my trade in a couple of day after signing the first contract. I also discovered that the dealership had modified the original contract to reflect the new bank's information on it. The bank has also informed me that they consider this to be a binding contract. Is this a binding contract? if not, what can be done about it?
