For a small business, quickbooks is the way to go. I know some folks that just use quicken even.

It is a basic accounting package - meaning no double entry.

But for a lot of folks this works just fine, and your CPA will be very familiar with the program, which should save you money at year end and with tax prep.

QuickBooks is always a good choice for small businesses or freelancers. It is very easy to learn and use.
