If they contacted you take it as read that they are not for real. Company house based in Wales will be able to give you a number of their opposite number in Spain where all legitimate businesses are registered. Bear in mind often companies register a name fleece customers then go bankrupt open up under a different name and there is nothing you can do about it.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! jmiller is right. I checked with someone who deals with lotto scams for a friend and they sent her info. on this. It is a felony to even join a lotto from another country. I found the number in the phone book. I think it was government pages, can't remember for sure but it is in the phone book. And you never pay anything up front. EVER! Report anything you have to the police department and let them try to nail these people.

It really doesn't matter does it. It is illegal to even enter a lottery from another country.
I can tell you from personal experience; if you received something in the mail stating that you won money in a foreign lottery, and you know you never entered one........its a scam to get YOUR money$$$$

If you can print out the letter, take it to your bank, they can tell u if it is legit. if not just deleate it . thats what I do I get so many i don;t even bother to read them, another thing if they ask you to send money, to get your money it is a scam!!!!!!!!!!! don't fall for it

Did you go there and buy a ticket? AND register that ticket in your name/address/email address?
If not it is a fake.
