Where can I get a certified mail form online?

I check the USPS site and they had a lot of forms. But i did't see the certified mail form

You have to do that at the post office because you have to sign the forms and the parts of it have to also be signed by the recipient; it cannot be done on line.

You cannot get it online. You must go to the post office or a mail box place for one.
