With that I mean £0000's, I've been selling items on Ebay for a year now, but it's so slow to sell, ie I have to relist some items 2 to 3 times, by the time I sell the item, bearing in mind, cost of buying them, the hasle of packing, posting, photos etc minus the listing money, its just not worth it. To mention afew of the items, shoes, clothes, dolls, collectables, books, games, etc. now I've got all this stock in my house that I just can't seem to get rid of. Its been a total Loose for me. Who is making some serious cash and what's the secret?

Please be kind with your answers as am still SAD whenever I look at the stock cluttering my house.

I've got years of experience in the marketing of online retail web sites and would now like to do something for myself. The problem I have is that I have very little spare cash to start up with and having just purchased my dream home for myself and my young family, I'm not prepared to take the risk of a secured loan to bulk buy stock.

Whilst I appreciate that the profit margins are lower than bulk-buying, is drop-shipping a feasible way of starting up in the online marketplace?

Hi Folks
We run a dvd website and would like to offer our customers a reward for referring new customers to our site.
We would like some ideas on what the rewards should be and if we should run it on a time scale eg.. customer who refers the most customers in a month,6 month etc... will receive a reward.
Any help from someone already running a similar scheme would be much appreciated.

Hi, i make 3d animation and motion graphics for tv ads. A friend recently got a deal with a tv network to make 30 animations, he wants to split the earnings 50-50 buy im doing all the work and all the equipment is mine, so I dont beleive a 50-50 split is fair, what percentage would be fair to give him for getting the job?
