Hi Folks
We run a dvd website and would like to offer our customers a reward for referring new customers to our site.
We would like some ideas on what the rewards should be and if we should run it on a time scale eg.. customer who refers the most customers in a month,6 month etc... will receive a reward.
Any help from someone already running a similar scheme would be much appreciated.

You need to make the referral worthwhile to the referrer. So I'd say something like : for every 3 qualifying referrals the referrer can upgrade to an extra DVD for a period of 2 months.
