status of this patent reads: Expired for non-payment on 10/20/2006......Does the owner stilll have ownership or can anyone from the public claim the patent? Can I, for example, pay the maintenance fee and claim the patent.

My husband works for a company that leases his van and pays a monthly lease for it. All expenses are paid by the company on the Van (gas, battery, tires, etc). He works out in the oil field and bought a small travel trailer to stay in while on the jobs due to the fact that some of them are 24/7 for weeks. Is there any deduction for the trailer? He is also paid $30.00 per diem for meals & lodging. Can't find anyone that knows exactly how to list it or if you would have to report any income. Help!

I'm trying to do a bit of backtesting - and need a list of the top 50 US stocks that are the most closely correlated to the Dow. I believe there are software programs that can produce such a list (e.g. Optionetics Platinum), but sadly I don't have any! So if anyone can help - I'd appreciate it so much!!! Thanks!!!

Through my experience in life. All I've noticed about Unions is that they take your money. Keep lazy people with jobs, and run businesses out of business. How? by constantly wanting pay raises and better benefits for employee's. Now don't get me wrong. I'm all for it. But if going from $25 an hour to $27 dollars an hour is gonna end up running the company out of business. I would rather keep the $25 an hour than to be jobless. Honda is a NON-Union company and pays there employee's well and are a VERY strong manufacture, GM is a Union company and owns most of the global market for autos. They are in financial distress right now.

What's your outtake on this matter?

I've just received a post card saying that the State of
CA is hoding unclaimed property (cash) $158.
it saids I may be able to claim my property by following the

I have 2 properties. Im in the process of refinancing both and I was adviced by the lender who is a financial advicer also (who are refinancing now) that is better to pull out you equity and make it work on some other investment, cd etc where I can gain interest rather than let the equity be sitting without any gain. She says that when you get in a 30yrs conventional all you do is pay interest for the first 8 0r 10 yrs.
I have a lot of money on equity but I worry this type of loan may eat my equity.

We finally paid off our furniture on the 19th of Jan of 2007. They still have not delivered our furniture. I keep calling and they continue saying: Next friday, next friday. It's a small company. And I am dont know what to do. I just bought a new home and I dont want to invite anyone becuz there is no where to sit. Please help me. What can I do? I live in California.

I actually believed that i have won the star prize of EUR 787,248.26 and in my really low financial situation i ran and faxed all my details for me to collect all that money thinking finally my luck has changed, now i find a lot more people that have received such emails. I actually believed that my email address won the jackpot that rans twice a year, so i immediatly contacted the person to see if it was real, he assured me that it was and i was the lucky one this luck apperantly comes once in a life time his exact words, and i was crying with joy, so i faxed my life story to him within minutes apart from my accounts, now i am asking you my freinds, can he steal my identity i faxed my passport of one country and my id of another country with my current address, and apparenty he is getting back to me for further details on monday, LUCKY I FOUND THIS WEB SITE as i am ready for him and his millions, but i feel scared of my identity details i sended.
