We finally paid off our furniture on the 19th of Jan of 2007. They still have not delivered our furniture. I keep calling and they continue saying: Next friday, next friday. It's a small company. And I am dont know what to do. I just bought a new home and I dont want to invite anyone becuz there is no where to sit. Please help me. What can I do? I live in California.

I hope you aren't in the same boat I was in. I paid cash for a new bedroom suite and dining suite. To make a very long story short, I NEVER got my furniture and had to retain a lawyer over it.
This was over 5 years ago and I am still in litigation with the crooks. I have won a lawsuit against them, but am unlikely to ever see a dime of it, much less my $5000. The store is now out of business. I wish I had pressed criminal charges against them (theft over $1000). Before it goes much further, I would speak to an attourney. Don't get burned like I did. Check them out at BBB.org. Call your credit card and complain that you never got your merchandise.
