I paid £41 for a company called postvan to pick up a parcel and deliver it to an address in scotland a month ago. they never turned up and haven't returned my money. they wont answer my emails which i send every day now, sometimes even twice a day. what can i do?i cant afford legal action as i am a poor student. i live in the UK. any ideas for tactics?

Taking in about 5-10 minutes per hour for a smoke break (normally also a coffee break with it), adding up the hours in a day smoking on an averate 8 hours work day, do smokers make more than a non-smoker. I'm a software engineer and see it everywere in my profession, some taking more than 10 minutes for a smoke break several times per day in several companies that I have worked with. Subtracting from their hours worked, isn't it much less than the 8 hours work? (8 hours based on a 9 hour workday minus 1 hour lunch).

to cut a long story short i asked them to prove that it is the visa company that is speaking to me.
the operator then gave me every detail and information and passwords of my account to me.
after this phone call i thought about it and i could of been someone else on my mobile or she could of rang the wrong number and this woman gave all of my visa information out.
i am now going to complain to my visa company, am i right to do this?
