I have filed for a chapter 7 bankruptcy yesterday to stop foreclosure on my only home. I wonder, if I will get enough money to cure this debt, can I cancel the bankruptcy, or is there anything like that, please let me know

Ebay fee $9000 a month???

So dreadful. I had to repost this question 'coz last time I checked my question was gone!! Here it is again.

From my estimation if I was going to sell on ebay it's going to cost me more than $9000 a month.

(Average $1.5 listing fee per item) x (2000 items)
= $3000 for 10 day listing

So that comes to $9000 a month in selling fee! How is that possible? Profit of each item is only like $10~$20. How are people supposed to make money on ebay then??

overnight mailing?

i have a college application due this friday (as of now it is wednesday night) and i realize i was completely stupid to not have gotten it out sooner, but i can't change the past so i'm gonna work with what i've got for now.

anyhow, my question is this: if my mother mails it tomorrow morning, is it possible for it to get to Massachusetts (about 4 hrs away) by Friday afternoon? i don't care what the cost is; there's a potential $60,000 total scholarship paired to this app, so paying a bit for fast mailing will not be a concern.

anyhow, i was just wondering. i've asked a few people; some have said yes, others have said no. it would be a standard orange paper file thingie...umm...i don't know how else to describe it (you know, those ones that fold shut...nothing special) and i do hope that it will mail FAST.

BCR collection agency is calling me looking for someone else...?

BCR collection agency is continually calling my house wanting to speak to a person who doesn't leave here and I don't know. I have told them over and over and over that I don't know this person and to please stop calling. They continue to call 3 times a day once @ 8am, then again around 12:30pm, and finally at 6pm. I'm a college student and full time employee and it's really frustrating having my phone ring nonstop from this collection agency. WHAT CAN I DO?

How can a 14-year-old make money(not by babysitting)?

At the end of the school year, our grade gets to go on a optional trip to a ton of states and really cool places, but the only thing is that it is about $800. Yeah I know, thats a lot of money but its actually a good deal for going to 7 diffrent states and Canada, but, anyways...
what are some options for me(age 14) to make money(not including chores around the house cause my parents will probably be paying for alot of it anyway, and also no baby sitting cause im bad with kids.)
Also Im not taking any online surveys.

What financial institutions (Home office or branches) are doing business in Mahwah,NJ?

I pay a monthly installment for a "Fold 'n Go" mobility scooter to:
Department of Accounts
P.O. BOX 731
Mahwah, NJ 07430
and now want to pay the account off in full. I am loathe to do so, however, without the debt's owner bank/institution name, address and phone number-- and a 10 day payoff amount.
NOWHERE on the reverse of my monthly statement (light gray small print) is there an actual Institution name or phone number.
Any help anyone can shed is greatly appreciated. I will look up phone numbers of all institutions you are able to name for me (unless you know them )

Where is a good place to sell used items?

Besides E-Bay. My husband decided after only 2 months of having it that he no longer wants his xbox 360. It would be a shame not to get something back for it but I don't know how to sell it without having to place an ad in the paper or pay sellers fees on e-bay.

Call centre jobs outsourced to India or Phillipines - any thoughts...?

Some Australians feel their jobs are being 'snatched away' by 'foreigners whose accent is difficult to understand' and far from quality customer service...

This is a pretty huge overgeneralisation, but just going by what has been written up in the mass media....

I, for one, have had been serviced very well by our Indian friends at Telstra... However, at the same time, it has been frustrating to understand them clearly (as there is the distance causing poorer sound) and ofcourse thick accents can be hard to understand...

I'm sure there are same, if not more strict recruitment processes in say, India or the Phillipines (ie - need uni degree etc)..

What are your thoughts on this...?

Are companies getting too greedy and trying to take (I hate to say) shortcuts - taking away jobs from valuable local employees..?

Perhaps we are so set in our ways that we're just being a bit closed minded on the matter..?

New Business Name Idea!?

I'm looking to start a recruiting business and need to come up with a great name! I will be working nationwide. Not specilizing in one industry so that I can diversify out. There are so many recruiting companies out there that everytime I think of a name, it is taken or it is lame. It needs to be easy enough to say over the phone when your leaving a message and maybe catchy too! I would like it to be a strong name in case I grow larger. Thanks for the help!
