THIS IS A SCAM !
I've gotten plenty of these, even tracked one down with phonecalls and it's pure and simple a SCAM.
They'll have several "supposedly reputable" names involved and several layers of personnel to hide their illegality. Also, they'll be most impatient with you and want to get your money to you quickly. What they're really afraid of is not getting your personal information and $$$ FROM you quickly enough to pitch and RUN.
GLAD YOU'VE NOT FALLEN FOR THIS OR ANYTHING LIKE IT. The amount they say they have for you would turn anyone's head, so don't feel foolish; we all have our vulnerabilities.
CAUTION WITH ANYTHING COMING OUT OF AFRICA'S IVORY COAST.

It is a fraudulent e-mail. The person sending it to you is trying to steal money from you. Mark it as spam and disregard any other messages that offer you free money. Remember if it sounds too good to be true then IT IS!
