Besides E-Bay. My husband decided after only 2 months of having it that he no longer wants his xbox 360. It would be a shame not to get something back for it but I don't know how to sell it without having to place an ad in the paper or pay sellers fees on e-bay.

For something like that you would get the most money out of it at a pawn shop or a game store such as gamestop. Do your research and find what the "trade in" values (they say trade in, but you can still get cash back for it) are at these places. I know you don't want to use ebay, but that's where you would get closest to what it is worth because you can set a minimum bid. You can also try postaroo.com

Try www.craigslist.com. It is completely free and the buyer comes to your place or you can meet up in a public place and they give you cash for your items. I have sold a lot of things off of that and avoided the fees.

Kijiji.com

The good thing is that you trade locally, so there is less chance of having problems with the buyer (it's mostly face to face transaction).
