how can i get them to refund me?

I paid £41 for a company called postvan to pick up a parcel and deliver it to an address in scotland a month ago. they never turned up and haven't returned my money. they wont answer my emails which i send every day now, sometimes even twice a day. what can i do?i cant afford legal action as i am a poor student. i live in the UK. any ideas for tactics?
