I ordered 9 pairs of prada shoes from china and the us customs are now holding my items. its been about 2 weeks. i called customs they said its still being looked over.anybody had the same experience and did recieve their items from custom holdings? this is now sitting in sf i live la.

prada shoes are made in china? Their italian. If you bought prada shoes from china, they are counterfeit.

The shipper is responsible for having all the correct documentation, paying the taxes, etc. If they failed to do that, you are SOL. If the items are counterfeit, or if they are not allowed in the US, or if the shipper did not properly do the paperwork, the items will be refused at the port and returned, or destroyed. More then likely, it just needs to be inspected.... once they inspect it, they will release it and it will be delivered to you. There really is not anyone with CBP that will be able to help you at this point.... they inspect millions of packages, and yours simply needs to work through the system.
