The first sentence in the paragraph is a bit clunky and the second sentence is unclear on the speaker. Also, in one sentence you state memories "are" conversation pieces, and in another you mention memories "and" conversation pieces. Are they the same thing or not?

In keeping with the somewhat cliched notion of "a picture is worth a thousand words", here is what I would go with:

A picture is a treasured conversation piece, much like a fond memory. My company, Captured in Time, provides quality service with special attention to detail; I care dearly about the end result. My goal is to offer that unique moment in time as a memory to be expressed with or without words. Captured in Time can provide all the additional custom finishes of fine matting and framing to help make your photograph as special as the memory it conveys.

Less is always more. I would just stick with "Pictures are worth a thousand words. Captured In Time will give you that moment in time by providing you with custom finishes such as frames, matting and anything to make your memory special.

Post cards are a great way to generate business, we are doing the same thing and are getting a great return. This is especially a good time to advertise since graduation is coming up. And of course don't forget to add a way to reach you i.e. phone number, address, email, or website.

looks good to me... you stated everything that you would need to put on what you do but don't forget your address, phone, email and website, if you have it... Have a cool old time photo in the background...
