I bought some goods from a company and paid them in full however goods were never delievered and I am still waiting for a refund. WHat can I do??

I paid them wire transfer. I have called them daily to the owner and daily has an excuse first for not delivering they were supposed to have items shipped within a week and now for not refunding.

They have admitted that goods were not delivered due to a problem in the warehouse that is why I demanded a refund.

Call the company and ask for a date that the goods were shipped and ask that a tracer be placed on the order.
This same thing happened to me and when they did the trace, my order had been delivered to my neighbor's house.

Call the company and complain...ask for a manager. You may want to check what their delivery and shipment times are...as often (unfortunately!) mail order companies have really long shipping times (i.e. 4-6 weeks). If calling the company gets you nowhere, you should e able to contact your local better business bureau to get them to direct you to the one in the area of where the company is that you ordered from.

file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also depending on how you paid you can track it and recieve a refund.

well it is going to depend on where you made the purchase and who you purchased from. Also what means did you use to make the transaction, cash, wire, credit card etc.

try your local law enforcement agency they might be able to help you. if not go to the fbi
