My Bank of America credit card is up for renewal in a few months. I went bankrupt just over a year ago. I did not include this credit card in my bankruptcy (0.00 balance). I have never been late in 6 years and haven't gone over my limit in 2 years. I always pay off my balance and therefore haven't accrued interest in 24 months. I have zero delinquencies on my credit report. Will Bank of America decline my renewal with a FICO score of 650-680? If so, should I cancel my card as opposed to Bank of America revoking it?

keep in mind that you have to jerry rig both of them, but they would be very easy things to fix.

I've bought things through ebay/paypal, etc, but never sold anything. I want to put up an online classified ad up requesting $4 a page for proofreading, but don't know how I'd get paid for my services. Any suggestions?

A friend works for a eye doctor. They are billing people for bills as old as 5 years old. These people seen the doctor and they submited there claim to the insurance and recieved there money but did not bill the patient for the remaning bill. They claim they got behind but some of these bills are 5 years old. most are 2-3 years old. Course all the patients are cussing and holloring at her so she is pretty upset about it. Can a doctor bill this late when it was there fault. When my friend brought it up to accounting they were like we'll when we moved we found old file records. So it is there fault for not keeping up with it. I know if it was me I would be pretty pissed off as well. Is there a limit to how long they can wait to bill someone?

He asked her if the cell phone would work in our little town and she said "yes, of course" and I informed her the cell phone is in dead space in our town and she then proceeded to ask me if I pushed 3 buttons to upgrade the phone and I told her Yes when I lost my home service. She became hateful and nasty when I told her again the area was dead space and tried to lie to my son to sell him a phone. Should I report her or was I being to assertive?

I use a site called bizbuysell for business postings when a prospect is interested they fill out an information screen and that request is automatically sent to my email account. they have stopped that service and suggested that you can provide that service

I have a Gym Membership under contract, everything is fine but I just moved and need to cancel it since it would be too far for me. They said its fine with a proof of residency , but I moved in with someone and everything is under his name. I also dont have a job at the moment (dont' worry I have money saved up) so I can't use that either. Is there any other way to proof a residency

I left negative comments,she responded calling me a liar and saying she offered me my money back(a lie).She said I was new and didn't know the ropes.We are both in the U.S,she is in Washington and I am in Texas.It has been 22 days now...what is the next step to getting my money back or the product ?
