He asked her if the cell phone would work in our little town and she said "yes, of course" and I informed her the cell phone is in dead space in our town and she then proceeded to ask me if I pushed 3 buttons to upgrade the phone and I told her Yes when I lost my home service. She became hateful and nasty when I told her again the area was dead space and tried to lie to my son to sell him a phone. Should I report her or was I being to assertive?

we live in a very rural area and drive to champaign, illinois to work, shop, go to the doctor and about 5 miles out of town we get very good service, and they just put in a new tower 5 miles away but told me my cell phone company was not on this tower. We actually went there because my son wanted to go there. He wants me to add him a line. i knew the girl was telling a lie when I walked in and probably gets a commission off of every phone she sells service to. I was hoping she would tell me they were going to add this company to the new tower in the town next to us. They have no plans on it but are putting a tower 20 miles east of us which is probably no help at all.

If she lied, you need to report her to her supervisor.

If your town is "dead space", why were you at a cell phone store?

Thats like a vegetarian going into a butcher shop and complaining about the meat selection. Or giving a cable salesperson a hard time when you don't even own a tv. What is the point?
